Not a lot of places like dealing with individual throttle bodies as they are fairly difficult to tune and you need to sync them properly. Lot's of better options for a street car.

I was going to get a Harrop Hurricane manifold for my old LS1.

The general consensus from everyone I spoke in regards to tuning and installation was dont bother. A lot of people chucked it in the to hard basket.

IMO, youd want to hit up someone who does them on a regular basis, ie a Harrop dealer because they require a hell of a lot of tweaking.

Its also a lot of effort and a lot of dollars for something that will net you very little in the way of power unless youre running big numbers and require the air flow other than that its merely for show.

IMO, if its a daily driven/family car. Spend the money on an OTR or something.

$5k for just the manifold from Harrop as well...

They give better throttle response on big cammed engines, but as its been said you'd be better off looking at a FAST or the new MSD manifolds if you were wanting to swap them.

I looked at this for an under bonnet wow factor and put it it in the too hard for a daily driver basket,
coz most of the people that I spoke to that had an 8tb, had them on their race car and was only good for WOT and nothing inbetween

Yeah I had the chance to buy one for around 2k second hand with a cracked trumpet. Ended up passing.

On an LS1. 900 bucks for a FAST LSXR. Gives a little bit of show factor and a bit more power.
