I've got an old bilge pump sitting here that i might stick into the overflow to help circulate the water around. Not going to ever load it up with ice as it will be melted by the time i get to the top of the street. Reason i got the tank was to add more capacity to the system.
Modify the lid with an input and output, run another pump and radiator: cool your coolant while your cooling your coolant.

So the first part of my intercooler setup arrived, AusPost being AusPost im still waiting on the rest of it...

The Core and the Bosch Cobra pump:

Ran into a slight hiccup with the sizing and placement, measured it up before i bought it and got the same one as somebody off another forum but it's not going to work the way i thought it would due to the height of the core itself. So im going to have to mount it up further back on the stepup of the rocker cover. Not a big issue just means a few more pipe runs than i wanted.

Mocked it up out of a cardboard box but really need to take the crossover pipe off to get the depth right.

This is the core that the other person used, theirs is actually bigger than the one i got in dimension but thickness is still the same so it may work out in the end.

While I had the bonnet open decided it was as good a time as any to get started on cleaning up the wiring shambles i created a few months back.

Just a reminder of the shitstorm...

And this is the progress thus far.

Will most likely use this lovely great open space for the water tank for the intercooler as it's on the cold side of the motor and having spare room in the engine bay is overrated :D

Nice! Where did you get that Narva fuse box? and does it work via one power input or do you need a supply run to each fuse?

Picked it up off fleabay for $50 or something similar.

Runs a common power that all the fuses feed off. It has two posts so you can run 6 fuses off Constant and 6 off Accessories and it also has 12 common earth returns.

Is a 150A fuse necessary between the two? and each circuit depends on what your running doesn't it, mine will mostly just be a merit socket which is supposed to only be 15A(for fridge) and probably a usb socket for phone charging probably about 15A aswell... assume your 50A is for lights?
