Ive looking for sometime for a classic car and when this car came up for sale I couldn't resist. It is a 1982 VH SL/E 5.0 litre. There are not too many of these left in NZ. The car needs some TLC but it is complete and everything works.

you just need to loose the spoiler doesn't suit the car in anyway shape or form.

from what i can see I'm guessing engine bay at least has been resprayed the VS bonnet struts fitted. Engine rebuilt?

your right the spoiler needs to go, will have to wait until the body gets resprayed, there is a bit of rust I need to take care of soon.

The engine bay has been resprayed, I think that must have been when the engine was redone, not sure when but has definitely had something done. Not sure where the bonnet struts are from.

It is a factory 308 with Trimatic and 2.6 diff. I intend to restore the car but it will take some time.
