tonight picked up
VL 28 spline 3.45 lsd disc to disc
MX7 box, flywheel,clutch (needs replacing),starter motor, and tailshaft
main electric window switch arrived

today put a deposit on full genuine A8 turbo motor and all bolt ons

got rear end sorted out with paint

have to wait a few days to put calais strips on and new badge then will be complete.

hey sean, just bought a vl myself, something to play with, going to start playing soon, looking forward to reading about all the mods i could carry out on her as im new commodores, any advice?

hey, yeah there is plenty of things you can do. if your just wanting to keep it NA (naturally aspirated) then a lot of people do extractors and 2 1/4'' cat back exhaust. CAI (cold air intake). and converting it to 5 speed is always a good thing. or if you wanna have some real fun turbo conversion. CT (calais turbo) is a great site with lots of info if your after things to do, i suggest joining up there to.
