Quick update. have'nt been on here for a while. Last week i picked up an rb25det vvt head with cams exhaust manifold and dump pipe. My standard t3 turbo bolts straight up to it but i have a feeling i may need a bigger turbo by the time this motor is finished and ready to go in. All i need now is a 25det loom, inlet manifold with all hoses etc, injectors, coil packs, dizzy, gaskets, head studs ,inlet and intercooler piping + a good intercooler. and then theres all the machining and other random parts i'll be needing. I cant put this in my car for another year and a half at least so it gives me a fair bit of time to get it all together. Im aiming for around 220kw on the first stage of the build as im planning on keeping the stock bottom end for now except with new bearings, rings, gaskets etc.. I later plan on using 8.5.1 ratio pistons attached to the factory rods but for now i wanted to try and get away with using the factory bottom end.

yeah i already have a few pics and taking some more just got to get them on here somehow. i want to run about 11 to 14 psi. i'll get a bigger turbo after a year than this turbo will go on my wagon as i already have a turbo setup for it except a turbo its self. It reckon it would be good to have one twincam vl and one single cam. so far the motor has cost me about 1100 including stuff that i cant use now because of getting a 25 head. so its being built on a budget. it wont be missing out on the good bits though..

Thanks man.. this one is yet to have a respray. i cant wait till its all how i want it. I paid $2800 for it last january. it wasnt registered and was unroadworthy but ive fixed a few things since then. Im getting a genuine calais front tomorrow that will either go on this or the wagon. id much rather a calais sedan though.

by the way the series 200 in the second set of pictures is a different car alltogether. its now stripped out (it was badly rear ended) and everything from it is in the wagon
