This is my VR Executive i bought the beginning of this year. I am currenly 16 and on my L's. Ive just put a bodykit on my car and am looking at rims. so far im looking at VS GTS or ROH Fury. any suggestions for rims or mods welcome.

-body kit
-altezza tail lights
-debadged and removed side strips
-painted boot garnish
-blue reverse lights
-clear indicators
-oval exhaust tip
-18" deep dish rims (Starcorp Racing -Tracer)

interior
-new pedals
-checkerplate on door inserts
-floor matts
-dash cluster painted silver
-blue neons in front footwells and boot

power
-removed resonator & replaced with 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust
-K&N high flow pod filter
(yep, these power mods make it go a whole lot faster)

future mods
-lower
-tint
-a bit more power
-paint door handles white and fix up paintwork (few scratches and stuff from removing side strips and where mum hit the side on a plant pot )

Go the ROH Fury's man, But if I was you I'd get bigger than 17's

i wouldn't go the furys, everyone has them now and they are looking a bit out dated. just my opinion. nice car mate, what plans have you got for it other than wheels?

Great work on the car man, looks schweet as ay! kit looks good, just needs to be lowered now to help with the look.

as for rims, yer ROH fury's are very common now...

VY GTS rims really do suit VR/VS's as well as VX GTS rims...

thanks guys. yeh i also wanted the ROH Mantis but i see too many around now. I have to get 17's otherwise the insurance company wont cover me. they already dont like my body kit. im not sure what mods to go after the rims. definately some performance though. extractors, finish the exhaust, chip. maybe stereo? not quite sure yet but suggestions are welcome
cant lower too much i live in kalgoorlie and the town is basically made of spoon drains. dont want to lose my kit to a bump in the road. hehehehe. that would suck

Change insurance company

Go Just Cars or SGIC although the rims need to be legal which means u might have to spend $350 on getting the engineered.

yer i mite look into that. rite now the cars under mums name so im only paying $417 a year, with the body kit so its not bad. ill see wot i can do tho

you can pick up 19" VY GTS shadow chrome wheels brand new with seconhand rubber for $1,500 delivered if your in melbourne. best deal out atm..

my mate just bought a set, have a look on tradingpost/ebay if your interested..
