Hey guys I'm new on here and thought id post up my ride.

Its a 1996 VS 5L commo which i picked up last week.

The engine is pretty much stock apart from an 195i tune, factory otr intake, upgraded panel filter, pacemaker extractors and a 2 1/2" exhaust.

Exterior wise it has a vy clubby rear bar, vz clubby front bar, side skirts, 18" rims, airbrushed bonnet bulge and lowered all round.
although i think it looks pretty sweet and tough, iv never really been a fan of newer looking body kits on cars, might look into eventually changing it to vs clubby kit or even maybe just a ss kit but ill see how i go.

Interior is pretty stock apart from sports steering wheel, painted dash surround, new black roof lining, new black carpet, fibreglassed gear lever surround, dvd player, clarion speakers, 2x 10" JVC subs and some amps.

Not sure on what i have planned for it yet but any suggestions would be appreciated :)

Not a big fan of the tail lights. Body kit look pretty good on it but being fibreglass it cracks every time it even see a gutter! Lol
The subs in the boot look very neat.
    Good start to a project.

    not bad at all

glad you're thinking straight. id either do VS Clubby kit or just put the original bars back on (dependin your cash flow) newer kits on older cars never look good.

id leave the scoop on so it gives it motivation to throw a hi rise manifold on it

get some pics of the interior fella

    Thanks guys.
Yeah the body kit is a pain in the ass in and out of drive ways lol, Iv never been a fan of that style of taillight but I don't think they look too bad on this, but I am thinking of tinting them and see how they look.

I had to put a new battery in it today as the one in it wasn't big enough and it wasn't starting as smooth and easy as it should, it also has an Exhaust leak which I'll get fixed on Tuesday when it goes in for a service, I think it's an Exhaust flange gasket or something.

Some of the interior needs putting back together so I'll put some pics up when I get around to doing it :)

So the car had a full service and check over today everything was perfect except the exhaust which has rusted through at the mufflers and the flange bolts are stuffed where the extractors and exhaust joint, soo a new system is in order... I'm thinking 3"? or is a twin 2 1/2 worth the extra money?
