96 vs v6 coolant overflow bubbling

so my coolant bottle bubbles after turning the car off even tho my car has only sat on normal operating temp, i have replaced the water pump, thermostat, radiator and bled the coolant from the thermo housing to the point where there’s no air coming out. i have no leaks and my pressure test was just fine, i also have a problem with disappearing coolant from the overflow bottle. any thoughts?

Radiator cap.

Maybe (lim ) = lower intake manifold gasket.

recently replaced the cap too as the old one was leaking, as to the lim any way i can easily check that

I just replaced a radiator cap. It was a cpc, original from Holden.

I had nothing but issues with Trident radiator caps on our old VS. CPC worked fine.

Also have a really good look at the radiator filler and look for damage on the sealing surfaces.

That's because the cheap ones test at 10psi out of the box.
Most cooling system pressure testers have adaptors for doing the caps

Did it get hot 4000 kms ago?
