99 vs statesman 5.0 weird electrical issue

hey guys. ive just managed to change my Climate Control Fan Resistor to get my aircon back running. went for a drive tonight and when i turn my headlights on the aircon turns on and i have no instrument lights or parkers? very weird. turn the lights off and it turns off. open my glovebox and the aircon turns on again?

wondering if ive somehow moved something or short circuited something? pretty stumped on this one

Just the instrument cluster fuse. overlooked then double checked it. was definitely blown.
