9c1 Vs

I came a Across a 97 VS II Exec today and it turns out it was a ex-cop car, however it wasnt a BT1, it was a 9C1.

i thought the 9C1 police pack was introduced in the VT series, has anyone else come across this before?

sounds about right. i think they stopped the BT-1 police pack in 96 and itroduced the 9C1 in 97. thats all i can assume
