A/C can't be switched off

2007 VE : Air con. and radio randomly switch off and if it is running also randomly .it can't be switched off . Any idea ?

Is the gas leaking? I know when all the gas leaked out of my VE due to a bolt being flicked into the front condenser from a truck, my air con wouldn't turn on.

Remove & re-fit the fascia.
