Did the car get ceramic coat from new and this resprayed door is normal clear?
Really hard to see and know.

Why was that door ONLY resprayed? An significant damage would require a blend out on adjacent panels.
No doubt the original owner damaged that one door and there is a possible the Panel beater/spray Painter asked the owner that the car has had a Ceramic Coating on it and I wont blend it in because I can get it shinny like the rest of the car now this could be a possibility. Now This Caprice has lived the car life close to salt water as I found rust under the car (I been treated it) so after this I looked at the Log book where the previous owner lived and google it and yes 500M away from the Coast because I have been told that salt water salt area can effect paints yet this car is EXTREMITY SHINNY on all panels except for the rear passengers door. Have a look at the passenger front door and front guard, the whole car is like this except for the passengers rear door.
