Make a dangerous driving report if it means that much to you.

I'm with the other guy, you see a knob goblin driving past you, just let him go and give yourself some distance.

So... your breaking the law by speeding, and you have a cry about...someone else speeding? Makes perfect sense!

i agree with minux here, everyone does it, i'm restricted to doing 100 (green p plater in NSW) and even in 100 zones where i'll set my cruise to somewhere in the 100-105 zone im getting overtaken by probably 40% of other vehicles.

its the ****wit doing 160 in a 110 zone thats the problem, not the guy doing 120 just like everyone else

I have seen this car also, they drive like a ****ing tool! I think they need to realise the road is not just a street circuit of the v8 supercars.....

Hopefully they Ass-asinate their license sooner rather than later....

Must have:) I'm not up him for speeding 10km/h over, I just don't know why he would keep going at that speed with a knob going past him like that. He should have backed off to get some distance between them. He had a kid in the car and should "drive to survive." Continuing on as if all was good was not smart, whether or not he was at fault.

Sigh, so have I. Drove past me in a 60 zone doing well over the limit. I wont say what speed, but it certainly was not 70 or less, and yess I was doing the speed limit at the time.

On the M1 Highway i find that in the fast lane 120 km/h is accepatable in a zone of 110 km/h.
I have driven past speedos at this speed, I thinkthere is some leinience, but I think it does not go far beyond 10%.

hey mate, i had a look at it, and it requires me to know his adress, licence number, and date of birth.

i think i have made my point about this guy, considering two other members have also not only seen him, but his driving has been stupid enough for them to remember him.

No there is no leeway. The speed limit is the set speed limit.

I don't think you have to have all the details, but you'd need to check with the RTA or police.

It's up to you, but if he's as bad as you three are saying, you'd be doing everyone a favour. Having a rant might make you feel better, but it's not going to change how this guy drives. Getting an earful from the authorities might however.

Yes I have heard this too from good sources, however there is a new breed of speed camera on the horizon that is meant to be deadly accurate and it might drop the 10% rule of thumb.

I'm no hero (internet or otherwise), It wasnt fair to let Berowra Vn be talked down about when he is right, this a5asin does drive like a friggen tool.

To be honest I don't need this person coming after me with some kind of vendetta because I lost them their license. Some guy smashing up my car because I "snitched" to the cops is the last thing I need right now....... :axe:

My understanding (re:3km leaniancy) If the police officer wants they can fine you but they do have powers of discretion with all non serious offences.
