My uncle has a Vy Executive with a VY hsv clubsport bodykit fitted and went to get a car bra, but was told that a Vy Clubsport is wider is that true.

the car is not wider itself but i would presume the bar is wider.

VY sedans inc. HSV's are all the same at 1842mm wide.
Wagons are 1847mm. which would be measured at its widest part which would be at the rear...

i would say the holden front bar narrows as it goes down where as the hsv front bar goes out or stays the same
