Ve sv6 ute and vz storm ute
Back story: I brought my ve sv6 ute about a year and a half back. Driving back from Perth I had the abs and traction control warnings come up, by the time I got home the wheel bearing was screaming and pretty much seizing as I pulled up in my drive way.
What has been done:
I have since replaced front hubs plus new discs and calipers, new sway bar links new control arms etc etc
Also replaced rear hubs and bearings, rear sway bar links, discs and calipers etc, also new shocks on front and rear, ALL parts NEW.
Have also checked rear wiring loom joint and sprayed contact cleaner on it and wheel sensor plugs, also replaced rear wheel sensors.
Car is still throwing fault codes and now has no speed and showing contact dealer with the big cross. Also check engine has thrown up as well. I know motor wise all is good so has to be related to abs fault.

Anyone have any ideas? This thing is becoming a money pit and sending me broke. ‍

Yes. Get the battery health checked. Have the charge circuit checked and have the battery load tested.

When there is low voltage available, the ECM is going to ration it to an ever increasing list of systems in order to keep the engine running. One of the first to be dropped is Stability and T/C.

It may well be coincidence that the hub crapped out at the same time as voltage supply issues occurred.

Hi, I have new battery and terminals but I think I will book it in to the work shop and get it all tested anyway, it's so frustrating not knowing why it doing this and it's so financially draining
