Adjustable high press fuel reg install and more

Hi guys,

Just wondering how to do this,
I'm trying to install a adjustable fuel reg but no idea where to start....furthermore I want to install a oil catch can....if someone could point me to a guide with pics or edited pics of ur own ones showing what I need to look for be much appreciated. I did look at a guide on here but it made me confused lol
