For a D.I.Y job if you're a confident welder and cutter I'm sure it wouldn't be a hassle.
My local exhaust shop charged me 100 dollars to fit a twin 3 inch exhaust tip on my ute including the cost of the tip itself. Value for money right there considering autboarn want 140 dollars alone for the exhaust tip...

Yeah they removed the old one, installed the new one and fixed it all up so it sat nicely. Took all of an hour, I just sat and waited. Go to your local exhaust shop and suss out some prices! But as for the exhaust, why not, do a search on here. Heaps of different arrangments you can go for. All been covered before...

    Too many to list......
There are two pins and you put a very small amount of sicaflex under the badge to seal it to the boot. Holden badges only looks pretty good lose the Ecotec and Executive badges. I had always thought about doing that to my VX Executive but might be for sale to make way for an XU6 so won't be doing any more mods to it yet.

To be honest, exhaust looks ok to me, not something major to work on for now. Its something to maybe do on the back burner.
Reason why, if wheels change, the new wheels and look overall may suit it etc.

Personally, i would get a tow bar tongue since you got a towbar, pick one up from a wreckers for about $30.
Its added protection for your own reverse parking and in case someone gets too close to your rear.

Thats just me though, mine has a towbar and basically is a safety device in case some ass decides to rear end me. Some ppl dont like the look of one, some do.

Good for parking but in a rear end collision, having a towbar is worse, you may skip on the panel damage but you will sustain more chassis damage, as the towbar is bolted onto the chassis. Mate of mine is an accident repairer and said alot of the time towbars can cause a write off as the car will sustain major chassis damage in a collision. Oh and they are ugly and heavy, I pulled the hayman reese off my ute, and god it had some weight.
