I will get some data logging done today if i can. Before I do what do you think of these grounds Delco. Seem dodgy to me. Should I buy some proper battery cable and create a new body ground and engine ground?

Thanks I will have a look. So many dodgy repairs on this thing that I am slowly making good, it's quite possible that it does not. The black cable on near the rad bottle is just a length of 6mm. I doubt it provides much of a ground at all.

There is a thick black cable going to the battery but it disappears into an engine harness wrapped in conduit. No cable attached to the engine mount that i can see. There is the original body ground attached to the panel inside the guard. Thinking i should wire brush on the drill and clean it up. Then maybe run a new engine ground.

So on idle for 10 mins and 02 never changed to ready, even though it came up to full temp. What reading do you need Delco? I have taken a recording of the graph. Waiting for my laptop to finish repair as it froze and had to be shut down manually.

I will do what you suggested about using the multimeter across the pins. I just have to wait a week before I am home with my pit and most of my tools. I may get home Tuesday but not sure at this stage.

O2 voltage fluctuates between 440mv to about 460mv. 02 never changed to ready. These figures are on idle only while stationary.
