I have good heads on 355cube, a mild cam, stock gears and overdrive/lockup trans.
Probably around 11-12 l/100km cruising town to town. But it's not a daily and gets a good flogging sometimes.
I probably could have made more power, but planned not to pull engine out for 10years so choose a few different safer options. Plus my budget was super small. Hsv manta's motor set up owes him more than my entire car Cost me.

It's bloody good fun to drive though lol

And plus you only live once, it's always been my teenage dream to own something completely and uttlery off the charts and reduliously fast, just before I started I was contemplating selling it and starting with another car but decided to keep my first ever car

P.S I'll start another thread soon, I deleted myn as it was a million pages long and I completely clogged up my push IMG account, once it gets final tuned and cracks 1 million hp I'll post up a nice clean thread easier to see it's transformation all on the first page

Ok if your keeping holden block reguadless then keep 304 put a girdle on it, some forged pistons and H beam rods on with 2000series arp bolts maybe even a good set of I beams will do

Talk to engine builder

Keep heads as they are and forget your manifold and throttle body

Instead call yella terra and stick the biggest blower on it you can afford

If you can afford the 2400 then get that as then down the line when your not a apprentice and have more money your open to more options

if not then get the 1900

They make 1600 but I wouldn't worrie about that one, to piss weak

Get a serge tank and a good fuel pump (stay away from 044 to many rip offs) maybe a holly dominator or aeromotive something a rather and some 60lbs injectors and a rising rate reg

These blower f#€kin rock man and u will eat the sh!t out of a N/A 355 and ls3 all day long

400rwhp will be a breeze if you do smartly but dont worrie about the hp because you will be meeting a new friend called torque and trust me torque is the one you want

It is up there

Put it this way
400 rwhp N/a stroker with something like 450rwnm torque

Or 400rwhp wripple blowen 304 with about 800-900rwnm torque

One will go good and the other will fry tyres and smash you Into the seat

Theres a reason they have sayings like, your not known if not blowen or it's nice to be stroked but I'd rather be blowen
