if you still think this dude has the car and you don't want to confront him you could ask the cops to go around and check him out...i don't how'd you go about it...but it is an idea

I was just thinking this guy who i suspect, goes to my school. I was thinking if i could see his attendance records i would see if he wagged that lesson when my car was stolen. If he was in class that rules him out but if he missed that class that would mean that there is a chance that he stole my car instead of going to class. Is it against the law or anything for me to look at other peoples attendance records?
