Saints have always had issues with the bombers even when they were at their best. I really cant see them winning this round. However, it will make for a game well worth watching. Think we're in for a good weekend of quite a few teams getting their asses handed to them Collingwood v Carlton by 70 North v West Coast by 30 Melbourne v Richmond by 45 Sydney v Brisbane by 18 St Kilda v Essendon by 35 Port v Adelaide by 50 Hawthorn v GWS (agree with Alpha on this one) by 100+ Gold Coast v Geelong by 75 Fremantle v Western Bulldogs by 25
Well, as usual the round has given us some upsets already (who would have thought Essendon would have been smashed by the Saints?) Crows good win, looked very very solid from the first bounce. Eagles with a brilliant comeback showing their class and Collingwood being shown the door against Carlton. What a great year for footy, each and every game (except maybe gws/suns games) feels like it could go either way...
LOL yes I know wombles, wraith has told me to stop cursing them by saying its an easy win for us cause every time we lose. Good on Carlton for beating the wobbles. Better team def won that night. Collingwood played like **** and payed for it. Glad Adelaide won too Sent from my HTC Desire S using Tapatalk 2
Yep HUUUUGE win by Hawthorn today, what a domination.... Good wins to Freo and Geelong who held off a spirited Gold Coast (good to see them giving a 4 quarter effort)
I'm a Collingwood supporter and yes they played **** this round. But still some key players out and the debuts have really stepped up. Buckley is doing well with the coaching. 2012 premiers and many more to come .
As much as I realllllly don't want to say it Hawks could do it this year. Their game has proved to have dramatically improved during the season. Not sure who else will make it to finals though. Sent from my HTC Desire S using Tapatalk 2
Only 1 of our last 8 wins has been against a current top 8 side. Our run home includes Collingwood, Geelong, Essendon, Sydney and West Coast. We need to win at least 3 of those 5, plus the other 3 against Bulldogs, Port and Gold Coast to challenge for top 4.
Okey dokey, whos ready for another unpredictable week in footy lol. Winners in bold North Mel v Carlton by 45 Melb v Freo by 30 Port v Bombers by 23 Rich v GC by 65 Geelong v Collingwood by 17 Lions v Saints by 38 GWS v Adelaide by 55 Bulldogs v Hawks by 80 West Coast v Sydney by 70
Carlton by 20 Freo by 45 Bombers by 12 Richmond by 80 Geelong by 10 Saints by 42 Crows by 100 Hawks by 30 WC by 35
North Mel v Carlton by 6 Melb v Freo by 40 Port v Bombers by 16 Rich v GC by 15 Geelong v Collingwood by 36 Lions v Saints by 30 GWS v Adelaide by 75 Bulldogs v Hawks by 32 West Coast v Sydney by 8
North Mel v Carlton by 11 Melb v Freo by 17 Port v Bombers by 22 - Bombers have a load of players out... think this could be an upset Rich v GC by 18 Geelongv Collingwood by 4 Lions v Saints by 26 GWS v Adelaide by 91 Bulldogs v Hawks by 58 West Coastv Sydney by 1 - West coast at home by a sneaky point
Sooooo true... Just wish that Melbourne teams would play at different "home" grounds instead of all games at Etihad/MCG that would make it a bit more interesting
My mighty tigers are playing a home game at Cairns tomorrow... Just a bit different to their usual stomping ground. I'm a bit concerned about that one, in the corresponding game last year we ran out of legs and blew a 40 point lead against the Gold Coast. Bit hard for a Melbourne team to adjust to 30 degrees and 80% humidity but we should still win in a close one. I agree Port are a massive chance especially with Paddy Ryder out now too as well as Hurley their forward line could really struggle
Not so much of an upset when someone beats the bombers any more. We lost against Melbourne ffs lol. We have some damn hard games coming up too and unless we start playing like we were at the start of the year then I cant see them making finals. Hoping the saints can pull it off this week considering they're playing in Lions territory
