Looking forward to this Saturday. Only the second time this year I will get to see the Tigers live over here (1st game was NAB Cup where we went to sleep a few mins into the last qtr). Should be a cracker too. My 8 yr old can't stop talking about it he is so excited.

Hopefully the boys put on a good show for you guys. I went to the last game against Freo where we got sucked into that Ross Lyon Bullshit footy and kicked just about our lowest score for the year. Hopefully we can counteract that and get some run and carry going from the stoppages. Wouldn't mind seeing Morris run through that Flog Ballantyne too.

Yeah, hoping so. There is no physical reason why they can't. They just need to have their game heads on. Given their publicly stated approach to playing out the rest of the season as best they can, I'm expecting a top effort.

Would be good to see Ballantyne cop it. I'd even be tempted to put Kingy on him for a bit. Now that would be entertaining !

PS - How good is Cotchin !!!!

If someone can take Pav out of the game, the tiges are a real chance, he is the difference between winning and losing at freo!

Yeah, he's on fire at the moment. Maric lurking across half back will help. Need to win the midfield and stop the delivery to him. With the way the boys are going in there we're a fair chance of doing that.

Pavlich is quality, I've always been a fan of his work. But Stuff him, don't need him, don't want him. I'm glad we picked Fiora over him anyway

Cotchin is a freak and could win the Brownlow

More or less what I got.
Brisbane adelaide I think will be more 40ish and Stkilda Geelong will be closer than people think.

Possible upset: North are a real chance to beat collingwood.
Possible smashing: Sydney bulldogs could hit the 100 point mark

Spot on, just happened. Also, wtf Crows? Well done Lions, apart from that pathetic first quarter, outplayed/outpressured the Crows.

    Oh Tigers....another seaon gone begging.

***Note to Luke McGuane...stop pretending to be a goal kicker and get back to the other end of the ground.

At least now I wont be looking at the ladder every 5 mins working out what we need to do to make the 8 lol. Some comfort comes from being out of my misery

If you look at the ladder, the top 2 side have been knocked off by the tigers. The 22 point loss yesterday was our worse loss since round 1 so we've been competitive every week. There's been definite improvement this year, even though its been disappointing efforts against GWS and GC and we've thrown away so many last quarter leads.

McGuanes days are numbered, they've given him the last few weeks as a chance to prove his worth as a backup forward since we don't need him as a defender anymore. So far he's failed.

Where I see us going: Seems we will pick up Chaplin from Port to boost our Backline. We still have Grimes, Batchelor and Astbury to come back in. So Post and Griffiths will play a lot of time forward next year. Don't forget Vickery only played a few games with a stuffed shoulder then went for surgery so he will come back too. Mcguane is gonski, as is one (or both) of Browne and Graham.

I think we will draft another Key forward who can ruck as well as another midfielder or two. The midfield is so strong now I wouldn't be surprised to see a Big man taken with our first pick

I'd be interested to see if we bring in another mature age recruit like Morris. The blokes a legend, but I don't know what type of player we'd go for this time...
