Hey guys just wanted to collaborate, is there no notification in the VF that the afm is active on the display? I know the VE will show that it's in 4 cylinder mode, just curious as to why the VF doesn't do this ?! Thanks

Shauny,

Yeah I looked for it in mine too when I first got it. The only indicator is that the instant L/100km reduces significantly. On a dead flat or very very slight decline road mine drops to around 5.5 or less at 100k's. But very sensitive to throttle position movements. Downhill it approaches 0. Totally seamless, not a hint of noise even with the GTS exhaust and headers. A fantastic system. But no digital visual indicator.

Interesting that they dropped the external badging as well. Maybe Holden realised that most V8 drivers don't want displayed, or to be reminded of the fact, that a lot of the time they're driving on 4 cylinders.
