After mechanic fixed the streering rack turning wheels a bit rough

@Member 1, you’ve got the correct idea in that you paid them to fix it (the first time around) so you shouldn’t have to do or pay anything more. As it wasn’t repaired correctly, they should fixed it at their costs and hopefully that was the case.

Regardless, I don’t think I’d be going back to them for service after effectively saying go away I’ve got other customers

well,3rd time i went there they said 'see how you go' pretending to be busy with other customers. Then I called them and they started the conversation saying 'the reason is you do not drive your car enough to get rid of the air'. I said you know it was not done properly and I do not want to escalate this (I was calm). Eventually they said 'bring it back and we will replace the rack'
