@Member 1, you’ve got the correct idea in that you paid them to fix it (the first time around) so you shouldn’t have to do or pay anything more. As it wasn’t repaired correctly, they should fixed it at their costs and hopefully that was the case.
Regardless, I don’t think I’d be going back to them for service after effectively saying go away I’ve got other customers
