after vats turned off

Hi all I picked up a supercharged vt from auction that was a stolen recovery so there's no keys or anything but it was unlocked I got the steering lock disabled and took the back of ignition barrel off and tried starting trys to start but just stalls and I have emailed mace saw that they can do a performance chip with vats disabled will that allow me to start it and keep it running or is there something else I will have to do
And it will be a burnout rig thanks all in advance

VATS isn't your problem, otherwise the car wouldn't turn over at all.

vats disables the injectors, bcm stops the starter motor. if you can crank it without a key then BCM has been bypassed or tampered with
