Why not just buy an adapter harness was there not one available? Hacking looms is something that should not be needed anymore.

Black=Ground.
White/Black=Speaker(-). White=Speaker(+) Left Front Speaker
Purple/Black=Speaker(-). Purple=Speaker(+) Right Rear Speaker
Red=Ignition Acc (+) Switched
Yellow=Battery(+) Constant
Green/Black=Speaker(-). Green=Speaker(+) Left Rear Speaker
Grey/Black=Speaker(-). Grey=Speaker(+) Right Front Speaker.

I don't have VX wiring diagram. But as long as you get the Power side sorted(which would be similar as above), then sorting out speaker wires will be just a matter of connecting wires and see which speaker works. Noting that you will also have factory wires for Power antenna(usually Blue). Amp(usually Blue/white). Illumination(usually Orange) and then 2 wires for steering controls.
