Got everything for the brakes finally. Will be done on Tuesday.
Consists of:
* DBA 4000 series T3 rotors all round
* QFM HPX pads all round
* Motul RBF600 brake fluid

Idea was to basically get the best we could using the factory brake setup. By best I mean best overall (we could of gone to a more aggressive pad but would of then shortened the life span of the rotors, etc)

Have also decided I will be taking the car to the Ford Forums Nationals in June. List of things to do before hand are:

*Intercooler
*Get tailshaft balanced finally
*Replace the CV's
*Full service (cooling system, plugs, all filters, coils, etc)
*Look at possible box options (will be working this out Tuesday when the brakes get done)
*Work out fuel system requirements for E85

Should be fun! Lucky the Mrs is understanding, lol

Time for you to pull the gauges apart to dim them down...

This is why I hate 90% of aftermarket gauges as they always overpower the OEM ones which then make it look crappy & also a pain to drive at night.

looks worse in the picture. i have the phantom II monster tac (lights up the same as sports comp II) and it doesnt bother me.

Walk me through the brakes. Best combo you could get whilst still utilising stock calipers? So just good slotted discs and a harder compound pad?

Looks good though? You have a contact for DBA stuff or pay retail? (out of interest)

Yeah the best we could with standard calipers, Brembos don't fit under the standard wheels nor my slicks.
No retail for me $700 for the four.

How about you hook me up with the same brake setup?

Sounds similar to what I want to do.

Haha save your pennies. The T2's would be fine, I just like going overboard.
