- VT Equipe Sedan, VR & VS Stretched Utes
Looking for information & opinions on helping my Stretched (EX ambulance) Ute.
Typically the stock suspension needs help when loaded or towing.
I'm avoiding the heavy duty springs as they result in bounce when empty.
So the 2 remaining choices are:
1. Helper bags. That go inside the springs.
2. Full replacement air bags.
I have a set of helper bags available to be used.
However I am interested to know of anyone who has fitted the full airbag set-up on the rear of a beam axle ute.
Particularly a VR_VS.
Regardless of which type I will be fitting.
The system will be individually valved to avoid pistoning between the two units.
