Air Conditioning water not droping from bottom of car VZ

I have a VZ berlina. I continue to get that smell of overheating but the water remains at the same level and I get no wrmings in the car. I got the water pressure tested okay however, checked the A/C and no water drops under the car usually happens with all cars. I'm guessing something is blocked in this area. having spoken with thre Holden dealerships they all give me a different line and of course at a great cost.

Any ideas, please. Thanks
