Hey all,

I have a 2001 vx commodore and recently the nob that changes the direction of air flow (face, feet, front demister, etc.) has stopped working. It's stuck on the front demister... I've tried replacing the whole cluster but still no luck.

Any ideas at what might be the problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Make sure that the thin vacuum hose is connected at the rear of the intake manifold.

its behind all the dials when you pull the main plastic facia off (around stereo and dash). the dials are still screwed down (hot/cold, fan ,dials), undo the main dial control and the vacuem line should be behind there along with other ones aswell (face, foot, demister) etc...

Here you go. Also check the check valve, it's a one way valve, which means you can blow or suck through it in one direction but not the other.

Hi there. Do you know if this is the same set up for a VZ wagon?
