Heres my first car... owned it for about a year and a half now
Ok so when i bought it, it had the great blue with roof in primer, cracked radiator and power steering leak.... all in all was a great buy for 500
took it home put a new radiator (that i had down the back) in and got a high tension power steering hose from pick n pay less.
Drove it in stock form (except for small changes to sound system) for over a year untill i got sick of the paint... Painted the car matt black with $53 worth of spray cans from bunnings(as a second year mechanics apprentice at the time was all i could afford)... stayed like that until i re did the sound system and then an opportunity came up on gumtree i couldnt resist... A written off commodore vr s pack. In went the manual conversion, New rims and leather calais seats.
