That looks like it still has the smaller holes. Either way, you can mod one and keep the other as a spare.
yes it has this bloke has new one in this youtube vid and does the mod

VZ Crewman, VZ Cross 8, & ya mum.
The VZ continues to run better and better. It’s lovely to drive. Smooth as.
I know every little vibration and noise in this car and am loving the change.

My ve went into the local mechanic for the 105000 k service on Friday and he remarked at how smooth it idled and drove compared to most , could be due to the pcv mod.
