Looking at some splits for the front of my VE Sportwagon. Not looking to amp them at this point for financial reasons.

Also not looking for death defying volume or glass shattering basss, just a crisper and warmer version of stock would be nice.

Narrowed it down to Alpine Type-S but have a question. There are 2 versions SPS-171A and SPS-600C.

Can anyone give me some advice for my application?

Cheers.

SPS-600C is 80W RMS where as the SPS-171A is 50W RMS.

Does that make the 600C higher spec? Because they seem to be cheaper.

Sorry doing more research the SPS171A is now discontinued the SPS-600C is it's replacement.
