VS Berlina Wagon Supercharged
Cheers for the comments

Thats pretty extreme......great work ;)

Ive seen a few getting around, but havent seen one strengthened with steel yet! I noticed youve got a pin setup to lock down the lid, but do you have a rubber gasket or sealer?

If its the inside your refering to its sound deadening not steel lol. we added a foam gasket around the lid, theres virtually no rattles which is a win

Ill try get some better pics/vids tomorrow during the daytime. inside still looks like a rats nest of wires

You didn't even post anything constructive!

Why not just nod to yourself that it's cool and be done with it...

Around 8 months ago i was sitting at my back door on a week off thinking about what to do,
a mate of mine commented on the amount of speakers and subs i had sitting in my shed and i decided to do something with them.
Although i had 4 cars which could really benefit from a bit of tlc and maybe a stezza upgrade i decided that none of them were worth the hassle.
We spent the next 3 days creating what is bellow.

exhaust fans because after 20 mins it gets quite warm.

no cable management what so ever.

although i am not running the speakers of an amp the head unit still pumps enough power for the bin to piss off the old prick across the road.
this bin doesn't use battery instead it's running off a computers power supply, i have already bought my own bin so i can remove it from the counsels bin and when i do so i will
be adding in a partition above the sub to run around 1m3 which needs no ports, and should hopefully stiffen the bin up a bit as the sub currently makes the bin wave a bit.
when i re-build the bin i will also use wood rings on the inside rather then screwing to the plastic and will likely add in a battery.
