Hi all,
Last week my volt gauge was sitting on 15 and after revving up with overtaking it went all the way up till 17 and turned all the electronics off, so I bought a new Mitsubishi alternator and a new battery but doesn't charge, I checked alternator output while running the engine but the multi meter only showed between 1 and 2 volts and kept jumping up and down, but does not charge, I tried everything but no luck, anyone know what the best thing is to do? Do I take it to Holden or can my local auto elec fix this as I have been told by a repco mechanic that he can't read it out coz Hsv don't show up on his tech 2.
