Alternator issues L98

Hi there, I have a 2006 VZ SS Crewman. I recently had the original alternator replaced due to not recharging the battery. The new alternator lasted 3 days and failed. The alternator was replaced under warranty, the battery was also replaced. Less than 4 weeks later the battery light is back on and check alternator warning is flashing..Any ideas?

Firstly Get it scanned,
And see the Live data/charging voltage/s,
Also to see if there is any other hidden issues ?
