I have noticed issues with alternator being posted already and have tryed all the suggested solutions in them. The thing about my problem is the whine is only comming out through the rear 2 speakers, when I unplug the amp running those speakers, the problem is gone. Thing is, i've tryed 3 different amps, 2 different speakers, changing the grounds, and still I get this noise. Any ideas??

Simple solution.....run the rears off the head-unit ;)

Seriously, you may need to look at the power/RCA side of things......do you run any other amps off the same power cable? RCAs?

Do you have another amp/power cable in the car?

If so maybe try using that power cable to power your rear speaker amp. If that dosent work then try using the RCAs off the other amp....if this set is running a sub then you may have to turn off the LPF on the head-unit or swap the RCA over.

What head-unit are you using?

Yeah that might be a good idea......you still might have problems with the power cable etc, as the noise is cut from the sub by the LPF.

Head-unit brand?

Ahh, could be the earth fuse inside the head-unit then.
