well that sounds like power related problems. For one, running 2 amps off 4 gauge wire isnt a good idea. it wouldnt be supplying enough power for both. how thick is your earth wire? and where did you earth it to?
2 amps from 4ga is perfectly fine if the amplifiers draw less than the cable is rated at. In this case, the sub amp has a 20A fuse and the Pioneer amp has a 40A fuse which is 60A total draw... 4ga is generally rated around 130A. 4ga is more than enough for this situation.
