That "ant rem0.1a" wire should be the one you are after. Are you sure the headunit doesn't have a sub on/off function that you need to turn on?
I'm not 100% sure if the RCA's need to be connected for the amp to work but it can't hurt to plug them in.

If the rem wire is attached to the rem on the headunit & headunit is on but it still doesn't work, I would be checking power & earth wires again.
It's basic, but are you sure the power wire is attached to the +ve terminal of the battery? I almost connected it up the wrong way the 1st time I installed an amp

100% sure its on the + side battery
the rem wire iis on the headunit wire (ant rem0.1a)
the earth is tight on behine were back seat is
the fuse on the power cabler seem fine
n the fuses on the amp box look clean no black line or spots like metal scraps
so it cld be the eath thou it did spark but it might not be working now

so wat do i look for now

So does the amp just have no lights or anything working at all?

EDIT: When you say the fuses are fine, it is the U shaped wire inside the coloured plastic bit you are looking at, not the metal prongs. The U shaped bit should be intact like in HoldenCommodoreVP's pic, not broken and burnt looking.
Just trying to cover all bases here

Yeah its the windy bit, they aren't always U shaped, depending on the fuses rating.
When too much current passes through the thin fuse wire then it heats up and breaks, causing an incomplete circuit before your amp cops a massive electrical charge

Where the REM wire connects to your head unit, it may be loose in its IO plug, try just conecting the REM from the amp, to the accseories wire, and worry about the fixing that later. This way you can start to isolate the problem..

The wire leading from your headunit, to the yellow wire coming from your cars harness, is the accsesorie wire. Just splice the REM wire into that for the time being, and then from their you can determine whether its power/earth/or fuse related..
