Hey All!
Ironed all but one problem out of the SS now! The only thing left, which i havent been able to diagnose is that when i go in excess of 100km, there is this VERY annoying whistle! Its like someone is whistling directly into your ear!
Yet as soon as u back off, it goes away!
Its like theres a built in speed alert thats not meant 2 be there
Thanks All!

It has had a new windscreen put in it, and it was missing a seal on the drivers door which has been replaced, but why would it do it just over 100, not 80?
Might take it down to a glass place n get em to check out the seals or sumfin
Thanks!

have a look at it yourself first, see if you can see where any of the seals are not sitting right. taking stuff to outlets is inviting them to "find" a problem unfortunately, sometimes even when one isn't there.

it will happen at certain speeds, this is the nature of acoustics. when the wind speed is at the level that causes resonance, you will get buffeting, whistling, etc.

do you have the back windows down when this happens? sometimes in the drivers seat (especially in wagons) this can cause a whistle or a waffle in your ear, quite annoying
