Hey guys are the brakes calipers on a VN V8 or SS different to the regular V6 ones?

I know the fronts are 270mm single pistons on the 6r's
    but are the 8r's 290mm with **** piston(s)?

So does a 290mm disc fit straight bolt on into my standard v6 front calipers?
or will the bracket not reach the holes?

makes sense but putting SS brakes on a V6 would not make much difference would that be a fair comment?

as apposed to 330mm HSV brakes etc.

Should i see improvement in standard size slotted all round?

It will make a difference, but the question should be will you notice it?

Upgrading the rotors to slotted and having better pads will be noticeable.

Yeah just the original size but in slotted if I'm going to do it
I need new disc anyway so i wouldn't get new original ones that would be stupid.
