be wary of these headers as my mechanic has tried fitting these on a few cars and they dont line up very well and he had to go through a few sets from gmm to get a set that lined up, could have been a fluke but still be wary

been on my car for 18 months, fitted well(I fitted) only issue was couldn't get dipstick(got a flexable one)

I have a set of the REX headers on mine too....

Seemed to fit up ok.....

No
I have 1 7/8 pacemakers on my VE head/cam combo and the heads even then are ported but no were near the size of header pipe.

Its interesting that exhaust port isn't round aswell

Its interesting that exhaust port isn't round aswell
That's interesting. Was the output likely to be restricted by the flow of the stock L77/L98 heads? Which are already very good. Or were you chasing compression larger valves etc?
What power & torque does it make?

I was chasing max N/a power from a 6L at the time high comp around 12.5 to 1(E85), made 358rwkws

Are you talking about the header pipes are round but the exhaust ports from the heads are a bit flat at the bottom?

I agree there’s nothing to gain there for a street car unless you are chasing that last fraction of unattainable horsepower.
