Need to know what this is called and how to kill it.
It seems that the more it gets massacred, the stronger it comes back.
It also seems to have the ability to sprout up where ever it pleases around the yard too.

Sick of looking at it so its time it goes.

My dad calls it a dunny bush.Cut it down and poison(undiluted) the stump straight after you cut it.

Might sound like a stupid question... but have you chopped it down and dug the roots out?

Not this particular bush, no.
the actual stump mass for this one is around 3 feet wide - its about 15 years old.
last time i chopped it backed to ground level and hacked the stump hoping it would infect it and kill it.
i did dig a few 'runners' out of the ground - one was 4 meters long heading for the fence.

I have sprayed another one with RoundUp but it didnt stop it at all.

RoundUp will fix it up BUT it has to be applied within 20 SECONDS of cutting it or else it wont have any effect to the plant - now thats hardcore.
Its a N.Z plant as well.

I have 2 tools for gardening - chainsaw and poison sprayer. What doesn't work with one usually works with the other. For the few that don't, use both :)

As above, but if it has a stump, cut some slots in it with the chainsaw, and fill the slots with Undiluted Poison of choice, that way, the poison can work its way into the plant and destroy it :)
