Any ideas need help

My Holden went into Holden dealer team because it wouldn't start they changed gearbox module then found the gearbox was milky assumed it was through the radiator change the radiator but the gearbox keeps on getting milky they flushed two more times but still doing the same thing any ideas anyone so I can tell them
