any such thing as a cd Satnav combo???

Hi guys anyone know if its possible to install a SatNav system inplace of the 6 indash cd player, my cd player has got problems and just wondered if theres a cd satnav combo????

There surely is something like that. Eclipse do a double DIN DVD/Satnav unit range. Not cheap though.
