Any troubles/things i need to know about putting a ls1 back into my ss ? read!

hey i bought a SS rolling shell with everything except the motor (VX SS) , are their any problems or anything i need to know before putting a ls1 back in? its got all the wiring, diff, everythings all there ready to fit onto the motor.. any problems fitting the motor in or anything i should know ? has anyone had any troubles fitting one back in ?

Take the time to get everything right, it's a good idea to clean all plugs and terminals to prevent any future issues and you shouldn't have any problems

Get a VX - VY2 LS1 for the swap as vz ls1s are drive by wire so the throttle body is different and would need to be replaced.

replace all the welch plugs and rear main seal while the motor is out, and if you want extractors, fit them with the motor
