first episode on channel ten last night, being a fan of ncis, i was excited but deep down i knew id be let down. any fans of ncis on this forum? what did you think?
Nope. Can't stand NCIS. Far too many crime scene genre shows, you can't get away from them. And they're all the same... starts with the crime, the criminal was clever but they always figure it out by the end of the episode. Boring.
I am a fan of NCIS, but NCIS:LA, will bring it down like CSI:NY and CSI:Miami brought down CSI.. Yeh, the hospital shows are ****ing irritating.. And puts across that female nurses and doctors are complete slappers and generally quite attractive lol
Law and Order: Somalia will be next. yarr it seems these pirates been robbing people, make em walk the plank
I quite like NCIS watch it on a weekly basic but i must say it may take a few viewings to get used to the new one
It was OK - but only watched it cos I'm a bit crook and dont feel like working at the moment in the evenings
im a fan of ncis. ncis la was ok, i'll give it a few more watches to get used to it. just gotta remember that its not ncis, and i think i'll be right.
my brother's an NCIS fanatic and he didn't take LA too well. I liked it - it needs a funny guy in it like tony though
I too am a massive fan of NCIS, hell I download the new episodes in American the day after they have screened. NCIS LA is a bit meh. Not sure what they are trying to do with the little pixie women (the Operations manager in LA), seems like she's there to offer support/advice at key points in the plot. I don't think they have the group dynamic that NCIS does, but I tell ya what, Kensi (aka Daniela Ruah) is smokin hot!!!
Not a Massive Fan, but Will watch it if its on and there is nothing better on. I haven't seen NCIS LA, but looking from the previews I was right and it wasn't / isn't going to be all that good. I do agree with most of you though how they bring out 1 to many different TV Series of the same show.
The only cop show i like is NCIS and I didnt like NCIS: LA one bit, it just isnt the same. Id hate to see NCIS turn into another Law and Order where they keep milking it with crap.
huge ncis fan, have not seen any ncis la cos i dont have tv reception so unless its on foxtel i dont get it. i dont think any other show could compete with the original ncis, with gibbs abby tony ducky and kate it has more personality than a typical tv show not just a strict story line and thats it
well scrubs is an exception of course, and it started like 8 years ago anyway. its not a crappy drama like the other 10 on at the moment.
