More importantly, ordered any VE exhaust part of him? I've checked feedback but I don't entirely rely on it. Reckon I should go for it but I have this strange feeling where I can see it becoming a failure. Anyone's opinions?

Unsure. I would think so referencing the word - <complete> I'll keep looking around. I prefer to be patient with these kind of things.
