So after 7 weeks I got this from Woorly Cooling in my old stomping ground of Hoppers Crossing. Not their fault. Was fkn Aramex Couriers. Useless.

50mm thick. Better than the current 23mm or something.

Fans will fit well. All spot on with the mounts.

A bit excited to be fitting this. I have a backup option if it’s no good.

I had the same brand alloy rad in the old ute. It was ok, it bolted in just fine but the extra thickness meant the the fan strip that helps to direct air was too short and I had to make my own extension. Was ok but could have looked better.

Still not been able to make time for this. I think it was December or Jan when I last did something.

I have been slowly getting goodies together though.

Today, MACE dropped a new water pump.

I love the way MACE deliver. Well packed and a sticker!

Next is maybe a billet thermostat housing and a high flow thermostat. Have some nice ARP bolts for the water pump etc.

Some tensioners on the way for the belts.

Next will be steering rack and PS pump. Found a KYB pump at a good price.

I will get some seal kits for the rack and pump and redo them after the car is going and keep as spares.

I don’t have one in mine.
I’m not proud of it. But here we are.

So. Let’s install that.

Ooooo. Hang on. Let’s not.

First it needs…

a wash with some toilet water.

Yeah. That’s better.
