The factory ones do apparently. Most after market don’t as far as what I’ve read. Maybe yours were not factory?

Losh, I suspect that FU meant factory rocker bolts may be TTY which would mean they should be replaced on removal while after market rocker bolts can be reused since they may not be TTY…

That makes sense. I wonder why though, because how does 25nm stretch an 8mm bolt?

I don’t know if rocker bolts are meant to be replaced or are indeed TTY but if they are I’d guess the factory stuff must be made of liquorice :eek:

( My iPad is not liking the VF workshop manual so I can’t check atm :oops: )

They are on the early V6, so I'd say its highly probable. It seems like 80-90% of bolts used on a VE is TTY.
